All timepieces sold by Ceylon Watches come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

• •Defective crown, pushers, or case components
• •Dial or hands defects present at time of purchase
• •Bracelet or strap attachment failures (manufacturing defect)

• •Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
• •Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance
• •Normal wear and tear (scratches on glass, case, bracelet)
• •Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
• •Battery replacement
• •Damage from misuse or negligence

Making a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID
2. Describe the issue and attach photos if possible
3. Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours
4. If approved, ship the item to our address (we cover return shipping)
