2. Products

All watches sold on Ceylon Watches are high-quality timepieces. Product images are for illustration purposes and minor variations may exist. Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (via WhatsApp order confirmation) and online payments via PayHere. All payments are processed securely. Ceylon Watches does not store card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ceylon Watches is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, and design is the property of Ceylon Watches and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ceylon Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the original purchase value.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
